QUESTION: JStrder: I am having a problem finding a Decorative Stamped Concrete Contractor to do my project. Some contractors tell me to pour the regular concrete and then hire a decorative concrete contractor to install the stamped concrete overlay. That is going to be expensive since I have to hire two different concrete contractors to do the stamped concrete process....Isn't there a way to pour the concrete and stamp it at the same time?...I would think the latter method would be much more durable...?
